System menu arrow inconsistently rendered

Binary package hint: netbook-launcher-efl

The arrow that extends from the System category in netbook-launcher-efl doesn't behave the same way that the other categories behave. When the cursor leaves the System button the arrow disappears - this does not happen with the other categories.

Here's a screenshot of the expected rendering, while the mouse pointer is still over the System section after having left-clicked to change from a different section.

Once the mouse leaves the System button after switching to it, the menu looks like the attached screenshot - note the lack of arrow on the System category button. Moving the mouse back over the System menu does not change the rendering.

All the other category buttons retain their arrowed shape while they are selected, regardless of where the mouse is.
