Bug Description

Binary package hint: netbeans

If I try to create a java project from existing sources and point the source directory to
/home/userme/Projects/org/jfuge where the sources are
the add/remove sources window shortens this to /home/userme/Projects and tries to include everything from the directory two levels above that required.
