netbeans always use look metal after compiling

Bug Description

Binary package hint: netbeans

After creating and compiling an app, using swing the look is always Metal.

if you try to launch netbeans with --laf GTK the result is the same.

If you want to change L&F of your swing application please use UIManager class [1]. NetBeans is not responsible for this.
