Include icon with higher resolution

Include in netbeans package application icon with higher resolution. 128x128 icon can be obtained by extracting png from /usr/share/netbeans/8.1/nb/netbeans.icns with command
icns2png -x -s 128x128 -d 32 /usr/share/netbeans/8.1/nb/netbeans.icns

  * Replace netbeans-svnclient.patch with netbeans-svnclientadapter.patch and
