Add support for OpenVZ simfs

Bug Description

OpenVZ simfs is currently ignored making monitoring of disk space on OpenVZ containers not possible.

This has been fixed in RH:

Patch based on

Tested with Trusty, and detects simfs root (/) after application.

The attachment "fix_simfs_detect.patch" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.

is the any update on this fix?

i can monitor simfs in 12.04 perfectly fine, but not in 14.04 :(

Just checked that from Xenial onwards this patch is applied upstream already (v5.7.3). On trusty (v5.7.2) it's indeed not.
