Bug Description
snmpd does not notice when a disk is added to the system after snmpd is started.
It should at a minimum arrange to do so.
Observed in snmpd 5.4.3~dfsg-

Reading from the docs:
"Disks mounted after the agent has started will not be monitored."
So we could look todo a restart when device events are detected; but we probably want to convert this package to use upstart first.
