'man mib2c' displays the wrong manpage

Bug Description

The command 'man mib2c' displays the manpage for mib2c-update instead of the mib2c manpage. I have viewed the mib2c manpage on the net-snmp project website, and have verified that it should be very different from the mib2c-update manpage.

I've confirmed this and found that it affects Debian too. I've filed a bug in Debian: http://bugs.debian.org/699450

it doesn't work for me to...

now try "sudo su"
put your password

now "man mib2c"
