Upgrade from/to unofficial build (various ppa) is not supported.
For upgrade nemo from/to other repository a remove (or purge in some cases) of nemo and all related packages installed is needed.

Upgrade from/to unofficial build (various ppa) is still not supported but this is solved with 3.6.5-1
