Empty Trash @side menu won't work

Bug Description
When I click "Empty Trash" at sdie menu used to work when nautilus was default but it does not seem working.
If I open "Trash" window and click "Empty Trash" button, it would work.
That's what I thought. However I found out that confirmation dialogue shows up at different workspace instead of current workspace.
I was in #1 workspace but I found the dialogue at #3.
It should show up at current workspace where I clicked right button to empty trash.
