Bug Description

After a d-u needrestart want to restart some containers. With the new snap-based package there is no lxc-stop anymore, my guess is that lxc stop and lxc start would work far better.

Restarting containers...
 lxc-stop --reboot --name discourse
Can't exec "lxc-stop": No such file or directory at /usr/sbin/needrestart line 1171, <STDIN> line 32.
 lxc-stop --reboot --name gravblog
Can't exec "lxc-stop": No such file or directory at /usr/sbin/needrestart line 1171, <STDIN> line 32.
 lxc-stop --reboot --name mariadb
Can't exec "lxc-stop": No such file or directory at /usr/sbin/needrestart line 1171, <STDIN> line 32.
 lxc-stop --reboot --name mediawiki
