ndoutils-nagios3-mysql depends on mysql-server-5.1

ndoutils-nagios3-mysql depend on mysql-server-5.1, but these do *not* require a local mysql-server install. Only a mysql-client is required --- the server may be accessed remotely.

The dependency shall be removed!
