Remove ndiswrapper-dkms and be happy. It's only needed for custom kernel builds which do not have an integrated ndiswrapper module.

I looked at bug #660664 and removed the dkms package but still cannot get it to work. It seems I don't have an integrated ndiswrapper module. For example:

nasko@serre:~$ dpkg -l | grep ndis
ii ndisgtk 0.8.5-1 graphical frontend for ndiswrapper (installation of Windows WiFi drivers)
ii ndiswrapper-common 1.56-3 Common scripts required to use the utilities for ndiswrapper
ii ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 1.56-3 Userspace utilities for the ndiswrapper Linux kernel module
nasko@serre:~$ sudo modprobe ndiswrapper
FATAL: Module ndiswrapper not found.
nasko@serre:~$ cat /proc/modules | grep ndis
nasko@serre:~$ sudo ndiswrapper -l
bcmwl5 : driver installed
device (14E4:4328) present (alternate driver: ssb)
