We should SRU that to xenial as 1.60-4ubuntu1~16.04.1 for the HWE kernels.

(If we upload like that with -v1.60-3), we also get bug 1691838 in the changes file, which is quite nice I think. It also matches the existing practice - since the package is basically dead, I just change the version number like that and upload it instead of doing more work :D
