Bug Description

when installing ncurses ,ncurses-dev and evm-ncurses ,after rebooting ,partitions other than you root "/ " are not mounted.
Even when you try to mount them manually from a failsafe terminal ,the system echoes that partition is busy and that it can't be mounted !

Am using ubuntu 8;04 (hardy).

for the output of dmesg ,am sorry .i reinstalled the system now -i need to get the error again to be able to show that ...
But if this helps you ,i got this error 3 times - the last time i did it to validate the source of the error .
On of those times ,i tried to replace the kernel miage (vmlinuz) with an other one -i had 2 linuxes on my hard drive-but the problem was not solved.
the same partition is mounted normally on windows -with ext2fs-.

I confirmed that the bug is actually coming from the package evms-ncurses.When installing it ,it install evms with it ,and the bug occurs.
so ,when i log as root -in the console mode - and uninstall the package evms ,the problem is resolved ,and the partitions are mounted normaly.

evms-ncurses is a package from the evms source, not from ncurses. It is also deprecated since before Ubuntu 8.04, and no longer exists at all in Ubuntu 8.10 and above. Resolving as 'wontfix'.
