Nautilus displays nonfunctional eject button

Bug Description
Nautilus displays an eject button for devices that I don't have permission to unmount. If the eject button is not going to work, Nautilus should not show it.
Example:
1) The following line is in /etc/fstab:
2) Nautilus displays an eject icon in the Places sidebar. (See attached screenshot)
3) Clicking the eject icon causes the following error message to appear:
Unable to unmount annex
Error unmounting: umount exited with exit code 1: helper failed with:
umount: only root can unmount UUID=2b548eb8-
