Bug Description

Nautilus displays an eject button for devices that I don't have permission to unmount. If the eject button is not going to work, Nautilus should not show it.

Example:

    1) The following line is in /etc/fstab:
        UUID=2b548eb8-fa67-46ce-a998-91d587dba62f /home/ak/annex ext4 defaults 0 0
    2) Nautilus displays an eject icon in the Places sidebar. (See attached screenshot)
    3) Clicking the eject icon causes the following error message to appear:
        Unable to unmount annex
        Error unmounting: umount exited with exit code 1: helper failed with:
        umount: only root can unmount UUID=2b548eb8-fa67-46ce-a998-91d587dba62f from /home/ak/annex
