Bug Description

Some of my files mp4 I noticed so far will not display a thumbnail nor will it so me the file properties when I right click and choose Properties on that file. Instead I get a window saying 'Creating Properties Window' and it sits like that forever till I hit cancel. This started as of Ubuntu 12.04 both fresh and upgrade install. Not a filesystem prblem I got sme result when I copied file to a flash drive formatted fat32. 000q00q0q0q
