when i try to change the permissions, which i don no how it changed to read only file system , its showing the following error "Sorry, could not change the permissions of "945E166F5E164A7E": Error setting permissions: Read-only file system"

Bug Description

am using ubuntu. it was working fine i din change any settings too. but suddenly few days before am unable to create or delete or even copy past any files or folders in the file system alone. but its working fine in my documents place and also on desktops where i can perform all the above actions. Pls help me fix this bug. As am new to ubuntu. I don have any idea. i want to use ubuntu and dont want to go back to windows again. Thank You!
