Bug Description

1. copied a file from a cd to a harddisk
2. the file couldn't be read and the copy dialog disappeared after saying there is a io error
3. try to eject the disk with nautilus but got the message that there is a operation in progress
4. then ejecting the cd wirth the hardware button
5. nautilus crashed

The bug didn't get activity/new duplicates for some year and the nautilus code saw quite some changes since which probably deprecated the issue so closing it. If it's still a problem in recent Ubuntu/nautilus version please submit a new report
