Bug Description
Apologies in advance of this is a GTK issue instead of nautilus, because IMHO, nautilus is behaving in the preferable manner.
So the problem is- when the option is selected to show "hidden" files/folders, the display is inconsistent with the display of program file chooser.
Nautilus shows hidden folders listed After regular folders.
While in a program (like Gimp) and opening file chooser, it shows hidden folders listed Before regular folders.
