Icon overlaps in Ubuntu 11.10 desktop

Bug Description

When ever I log in on to my Ubuntu 11.10, I find bottom most 22 or 3 icons have crawled upon one another. I have to pull them and arrange them back to their right place. This bug though not critical is really annoying.
