Bug Description

Nautilus allows to resize icons with mouse scrollwheel + Ctrl shortcut
While doing so sometimes file view area flickers.

Thank you for your bug report, confirmed, it's not specific to the mouse use, ctrl-+ and ctrl- - do the same
