GNOME #131792 : Remove "Open Terminal" from desktop context menu

Bug Description

Any interest in patching this functionality out of Ubuntu? While upstream still
seems to be undecided or working on a better context menu setup it seems to make
sense for Ubuntu (being a desktop distro) to make the "usability" move here...

Proposed patch

Patch that can be applied once bug #7247 will be fixed.

We probably don't want to comment out the "New Window Items" placeholder -- just
the "New Terminal" menuitem.

The point of the placeholder is to allow other bits of code to overlay new menu
items at that point in the context menu, so removing the placeholder might cause
problems in other places.

So, now that bug #7247 is fixed: do we want to remove this item from the desktop
popup menu? I think it is a good idea to remove it.

I don't see any harm in removing it; there are certainly enough ways to get to a
terminal now.

But does it do any harm in being there? It is rather over-emphasized, I admit.

according to Jeff we should not take this decision and divert from upstream.
So better to push upstream to get it removed :)
