Bug Description

The "open new tab" on the Desktop menubar should be made insensitive or removed.

Not only it only makes sense in a common Nautilus window, the result when you click this item is disastrous: a new tab is opened in the Desktop, and the tabs are hidden behind the panel.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in unity or nautilus, but it's a bug, and it's easily reproduceable.
