1) Actions I took
I opened my dvd drive and inserted the dvd into the drive and closed the tray
2) Behaviour expected
I expected Nautilus to open up and show all the (hundreds of ) files and folders on the dvd.
3) Behaviour encountered
Nautilus only showed 3 files. The "show hidden files" option is enabled in Nautilus
-----------------------------------
As asked, I opened terminal and browsed to the folder:
ls -h just listed the same three files
gvfs -h said "command not found"
Note that the phenomenon has only been observed with the dvd's that come with the UK magazine "Computer Shopper"
