Binary package hint: nautilus
ISO Testing Upgrade 8.04.4 to 10.04.2
A dialog telling that "an error occurred while laoding or saving configuration information for nautilus" appears during upgrade from hardy to lucid. Screenshot attach
Test Case:
1. Install Hardy & updates
2. upgrade to lucid with update-manager
Result:
during the upgrade a dialog appears with the following text in the text area:
Adding client to server's list failed, CORBA error: IDL:omg.
Adding client to server's list failed, CORBA error: IDL:omg.
Adding client to server's list failed, CORBA error: IDL:omg.
Adding client to server's list failed, CORBA error: IDL:omg.

This looks harmess, I haven't noted any malfunction of Nautilus.

not sure about that right now but similar issue got discussed in the past and that might be a duplicate, it's nothing new and doesn't affect new ubuntu versions which stopped using corba so not likely to get really worked
