Solid color as desktop background even if wallpaper image is set

Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
After some sudden moment nautilus stopped displaying desktop wallpaper and instead it displays solid color. I can change color itself and change it from solid to gradient and vice-versa. Nautilus just ignores wallpaper image.
In attached screenshot you can see how it exactly looks.

After deleting bunch of configs in home folder and reboot problem got fixed. I think now it's impossible to track what exactly caused it.
