Bug Description

When right clicking on an item and then selecting "open with application", there are many entries such as about 10 instances of "a wine application", several instances of konqueror, winebrowser, and so on, and for the majority of entries, remove is grayed out. Why even have a remove button on the window if it does not work most of the time?

'remove' only works for user added apps to the list. i.e. when you use the 'use custom command' field. and I think this behavior is not going to change.
