Safely Remove USB-stick and USB-HDD -> It re-mount.

Ubuntu 10.10 beta:
Using "Safely Remove" an USB-stick or USB-HDD the device will automatically re-mount, so how can I unmount and remove the device?

I don't have that problem, maybe your mouse? Running x86 version though as root.

My mouse is okay and why should I run x86? And as root!

After "Safely Remove Drive" is takes 2-3 seconds then the USB-stick re-mount, but if I use "Eject" it does not re-mount.

Why is there a difference in the menu (right click on the drives Desktop Icon) between a USB-stick and a USB-HDD? The USB-HDD does not have "Eject" only "Safely Remove Drive".

You shouldn't have to run x86, it's just what I'm running, so I can let people know there are differences between our two setups, and I'm stuck root right now because of a problem I have. The Safely Remove error though is probably your hard-drive, or USB drivers though, I'd put up an lspci at least, with a dmesg also.

I have 5 USB-stick and 3 USB-HDD and they all do this!
