Nautilus preferences needs a accessibility section. Some of options that can be presented in this section might be ..

1) Enable Accessibility (checkbox)
This sets a new gconf key like /apps/nautilus/accessibility . Useful for accessibility installs
2) Show Desktop icons
Toggles visibility of Computer, Home, Network, Trash icons on desktop
3) Disable Thumbnailing
          Disables /desktop/gnome/thumbnailers
          Improves performance for blind users
4) Enable Zoom
           For low vision users
