This sets a new gconf key like /apps/nautilus/
2) Show Desktop icons
Toggles visibility of Computer, Home, Network, Trash icons on desktop
3) Disable Thumbnailing
Disables /desktop/
Improves performance for blind users
4) Enable Zoom
For low vision users
