Present Empty Trash menu item in trash folder only

Binary package hint: nautilus

The File > Empty Trash menu item should be presented when in trash folder only.

Most newbie blind user tend to click on this item and lost their files

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to clean your trash without browsing it

Can't reproduce in Nautilus 3 - empty trash is not present for any folder
