Bug Description

1.Open"system/preferences/menus &toolbars";
2.Choose detachable toolbars,click on close button;
3.Open"places/home folder";the toolbar isn't detachable.

Dude, next time you do a bug flood, *FILE THEM AGAINST THE CORRECT PACAKAGES*. What you're doing now is a great way to get ignored.

The detachable toolbars are only for bonobo components + some other odd cases. Upstream has floated the idea of removing the preference entirely. see http://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2006-July/msg00810.html

Confirmed, though I'd rather agree with upstream and would like to see this "feature" and the problems it introduced gone. Maybe an idea for a spec or something.
