Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Probably caused by same bug as #520259

If you rename a file that has Notes in its properties, the notes will disappear. they are not lost, but simply no longer associated with the file. If you revert the name of the same file, the Notes "magically" reappear.

1. Fill out Note tab in file properties.
2. click close
3. observe Note icon attached to file in file browser ("Note" icon added to upper right corner of thumbnail)
4. Change File Name.
5. Click File "Properties"
6. Click "Notes" tab.
-- "Note" icon disappears from thumbnail, and note text is no longer displayed in "Notes" tab of file properties dialog.
7. Change the file name to what it originally was in step 1 - above.
8. "Note" Icon will reappear in upper right corner of thumbnail in file browser, and NOte will re-appear in "Notes" tab of file properties dialog.

Note also. This behavior occurs on both EXT4 and NTFS volumes.

Expected Behavior: Renaming a file should not affect any other property of a file (except, perhaps, default execution application)

PROBABLE CAUSE: NOTES DATABASE IS NOT UPDATED ON/WITH FILE NAME CHANGE.

Someone will need to write-in a garbage collector, as users who frequently add notes to files and rename them (for organizational purposes - common practice), will likely have property databases with many orphaned "Notes" entries.
