Changing 'Icon View Default' - 'Default zoom level' works once and not after

Binary package hint: nautilus
Under nautilus:
1. Click on 'Edit'
2. Click on preferences
3. Under the 'Views tab'
4. Change 'Default zoom level' in 'Icon View Defaults' from 100% to 66%
What you will see:
The icons will decrees in size.
Now:
1. Change 'Default zoom level' in 'Icon View Defaults' from 66% to 100%
What will happen:
Nothing
What should change to the correct size when a new size is selected.
Note:
The correct behaviour was present under the previous LTS.

I can confirm this bug. In my case, the size of the icon's in my home directory never change. Any other directory listens to the Icon Size directive, but won't change back to 100% as the reporter explains.
