nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_icon_theme_list_icons()

Binary package hint: nautilus

after upgrade xserver problem so try boot with live cd and using chroot did update and upgrdate.
to solve xserver problem in xorg conf file chagen vesa to ati and then sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
