Desktop Keep Aligned is always checked after restart

I unchecked "Keep aligned" on the desktop context menu, but whenever my computer is restarted, it is checked again. This is not an urgent bug, it's just annoying :-)

This problem persists in Lucid 10.04 alpha 1.
Not urgent just VERY annoying!
