Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
Nautilus appears to remain open. This shows up when attempting to restart in Karmic.
To reproduce:
1. On a clean installation of Karmic (Alpha 4) with all updates applied as of Aug-29-2009, perform the following actions:
a. Select places, then Home. Copy a file from one location to another.
b. Delete a different file.
2. Close Nautilus
3. Select System > Shut Down ... > Restart
4. Observe a warning that there are instances of Nautilus running. You are given the option to Cancel or Reboot.
Given that we supposedly closed Nautilus (see step 2 above), we should not be getting this warning.
