Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Nautilus appears to remain open. This shows up when attempting to restart in Karmic.

To reproduce:

1. On a clean installation of Karmic (Alpha 4) with all updates applied as of Aug-29-2009, perform the following actions:
a. Select places, then Home. Copy a file from one location to another.
b. Delete a different file.

2. Close Nautilus

3. Select System > Shut Down ... > Restart

4. Observe a warning that there are instances of Nautilus running. You are given the option to Cancel or Reboot.

Given that we supposedly closed Nautilus (see step 2 above), we should not be getting this warning.
