Bug Description
Nautilus should have the audio files, the "Add to Totem Playlist".
When you open a folder in nautilus to audio files, and click the left button to display the options, should the option "Add to a TOTEM playlist".

thank you for your bug report but there is already enough menu items there, you can dnd to totem playlist or use nautilus-actions to add custom entry
