Bug Description

When right clicking on an item in the trash bin, the option "Delete permanently" is just above the "Restore" option.

When inadvertently moving the pointing device, a user can perform an action that is the total opposite of his intent and that can not be undone (at least not by average users).
From an accessibility point of view, this is really bad for people who are not able to use pointing devices precisely.

This bug seems really easy to fix.

I would second this. I realize it's something upstream and not really a "bug" per se, but anyone who's done this knows how frustrating it can be.

Upstream confirms this, but say that the solution is dependent upon them implementing a custom context menu for the trash.

I can confirm that there is now a confirmation dialog after clicking on "Delete permanently".
It was probably not the case when I reported that bug.
I would say that solves the problem (although I'm not fond of confirmation dialogs).
