Bug Description

Nautilus by default will push all copies and moves at once. I think this should queue by default and have a button to allow to process immediately if the user desires.

I would like this feature too because i often copy many directories to disks with Slow writing speed or FTP and the many concurrent processes slow thinks down ...

Should be easy to do
