Sound Preview function requires vorbis-tools installed by default

Both Nautilus and Konqueror are able to provide sound previews. These will not work with Dapper's ogg sample files unless ogg123 is installed.

Expected behavior:
You hover the cursor over kalimoto-miracle-lemon.ogg in the example content and hear the song play immediatly.

What is happening in Dapper flight 6:
Hovering over kalimoto-miracle-lemon.ogg or any other ogg file has no effect and the 'Sound Preview' check box in Nautilus' Preferences makes no sense to users.

ogg123 is in the vorbis-tools package and should be installed by default. Especially if Totem and Sound Juicer are preconfigured to play and rip to ogg.

The packages needed to accomplish this on Dapper flight 6, vorbis-tools and liboggflac3, take up little space. The download is 124 kB and installed took up less than 800 kB.

The effect is stunning however and would be well worth it.
(BTW: by adding the 2 packages it just works).

another possibility would be for nautilus and konqueror to ask for vorbis-tools to be installed when sound preview is switched on.

The best would be for nautilus to use gstreamer for audio preview to get support for all formats, thus I'm reassigning this to nautilus (and it's a nautilus bug nonetheless, nautilus should depend on vorbis-tools when it needs it or recommend it). I'm filing this as a upstream bug in some minutes.
