Bug Description
Both Nautilus and Konqueror are able to provide sound previews. These will not work with Dapper's ogg sample files unless ogg123 is installed.

Hovering over kalimoto-
ogg123 is in the vorbis-tools package and should be installed by default. Especially if Totem and Sound Juicer are preconfigured to play and rip to ogg.

The packages needed to accomplish this on Dapper flight 6, vorbis-tools and liboggflac3, take up little space. The download is 124 kB and installed took up less than 800 kB.
The effect is stunning however and would be well worth it.
(BTW: by adding the 2 packages it just works).
