Bug Description
This is for dapper live cd, from 2006 april 7 (daily build after flight 6) - 2.14.0.2-0ubuntu2.
When you open the applications menu, icon captions obey the language set at boot time (for instance, Gimp appears in portuguese as "Editor de Imagens Gimp", which is correct).
However, when you drag the icon to desktop, it appears in english (or as stated in line Name= with no locales, if you prefer).
This will prevent the espresso icon from being localized.

Just note that this is a regression from Breezy. Should I post it upstream?
