foreward and backward mousebuttons dont work in nautilus.

solution: add support for foreward and backward mousebuttons

True, I was going to report this, I see no reason why back and forward work in firefox but don't in nautilus.
Same goes for middle mouse button tilt but back and forward are more important.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. Unfortunately a paper cut should be a small usability issue that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. I'm afraid this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.
This is a hardware specific issue.
A paper cut is a minor usability annoyance that an average user would encounter on his/her first day of using a new installation of Ubuntu 9.10.

Don't worry though, This bug has been marked as "invalid" ONLY in the papercuts project.

hardware issue?

in firefox it work out of the box, so ubuntu must have support for this.

nautlius should use this too!
