2009-05-21 09:21:14 Donarsson description Binary package hint: nautilus I wanted to import my files from a external drive to my internal ntfs drive, where i store all my non-os-data. So i opened the ntfs disk in the first tab and the external disk (ntfs, too) in the second one. Now, if i right click in the window (first tab) and choose to make a new directory, file or whatever, it is written to the folder un my external drive, which i have opened in the second tab. Also, i cannot delete a file from the local disc because the external drive is read-only. If i open the two drives in two separate windows instead of tabs it works alright. I hope you understand what i mean, it is really difficult to explain. Maybe i will record a video showing what happens and post a link...
