Wait a couple seconds before switching tabs

Binary package hint: nautilus

I often use tabs to move files from one folder to another. I open the first tab and drag the file to the second tab. Unfortunately, it also switches tabs: it opens the second tab, and forces me to switch back to the first manually.

So please, make it that if I drag a file to a tab, I have to hover the mouse over the tab for a couple seconds before switching tabs: don't do it immediately.
