Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
In Intrepid, nautilus 2.24.1 is built without beagle support. I don't know if I'm the only one, but I prefer beagle over tracker, because it is much more advanced and universal. therefore I would kindly request you to bring beagle support back, which requires no more than adding libbeagle-dev to the build-depends

It's not a great idea to wholesale add libbeagle dependencies in Nautilus because all users who don't want to use it will not be able to choose anymore; Nautilus will depend on Beagle being there. The correct behavior would to adopt the patch like e.g. GTK+ uses so that Nautilus will dlopen() libbeagle if it's available at runtime, which is a task which should be forwarded upstream.
