No scrollbars in new tab in Gnome 2.24.1 from side "Places" Menu.

Bug Description

When opening a new tab in nautilus from the Places menu... and the folder has alot of items there is no scrollbars to scroll down. The scrollbars do show up when in "List view"

If I resize the window or refresh it the scrollbars show up.

It does the same thing with the Human theme. It won't let me use my scroll wheel on my mouse either.
