Bug Description
My user Nautilus is configured to open folders with a simple click. The cursor
over a folder become a hand.
None of that happened when I open Nautilus with "sudo nautilus" to supply
superuser rights to my navigator...

Thanks for your bug. That's not a bug, you run it with an another user it uses
the configuration of that user. The proper way to do that would be to have a way
to run some actions as admin from nautilus which is bug #18893
