Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus-cd-burner
Ubuntu Hardy, all updates installed
1. Without having a disc in your CD burner, double-click on an .iso file (such as an Ubuntu CD image), so that the "Write to Disc" window appears.
2. Insert a disc in the CD burner.
What happens: The "CD/DVD Creator" window appears.
What should happen: The "CD/DVD Creator" window should not appear, because I'm obviously in the process of burning the CD image to disc instead.

We should have some kind of blacklist of applications that when already opened, should not let GNOME show this dialog. k3b, nautilus-cd-burner, burn:///, brasero come to mind.
