Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

If I unmount the mp3 player Creative Zen Stone Plus clicking the device icon in Gnome desktop appears a windows that says that is impossibile to umount the volume "STONE PLUS" (but the device is really unmounted). I think that the problem is a bug of Nautilus handling spaces in mount points when it unmount devices: if I launch in console 'umount "/media/STONE PLUS"' no error window appears.

Workaround. Create a file /etc/udev/rules.d/50-zen.rules ed add a line there like this:
BUS=="scsi", SYSFS{model}=="ZEN_Stone_Plus_S", SYMLINK+="zen"
Then, add a line in /etc/fstab:
/dev/zen /media/zen vfat defaults,user,noauto 0 0

Nautilus 1:2.20.0-0ubuntu7
Ubuntu 7.10

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
