DVDs should have a right-click option to play them

Bug Description
It should be possible to right-click on a DVD icon on the desktop and choose an option to play it.

This request is sufficiently simple that I confirm it even though I don't have a DVD drive to verify the implicit claim that at this point in time there is no such menu entry. If there already is, someone please close the bug.
